ABOUT US

Mackie Bowling Club is a welcoming & friendly Lawn Bowls Club based in Patcham, Brighton.

We currently have around 50 members that are a mixture of men, women and even a couple of teenagers have recently joined the club.

We have a busy programme of friendly matches and league matches with other local bowling clubs that all members are encouraged to take part in.

We also hold annual club competitions which are always popular with our members.

Mondays evenings at 6pm, we have our weekly Club night where members can come along for a friendly roll up.

In addition to this, there are more casual sessions on Friday & Sunday mornings

when it is easier for us to spend time coaching beginners.

Apart from these times, join the club and you can play whenever the green is not being used for a match.

Bowling is fun way to exercise, make new friends and learn a new sport.

New members of all ages are very welcome, whether you are an experienced bowler

or a beginner interested in trying out a new sport.
